Attending Consultant - Cardiothoracic Anaesthesiology (Adult & Paediatric)

We are seeking US Board-Certified Anaesthesiologists with advanced expertise in cardiothoracic anaesthesia, including adult and paediatric cardiac cases.

Experience of interest includes:

Complex adult cardiac surgery & redo cases
Congenital & paediatric cardiac surgery
Mechanical circulatory support (VADs, ECMO)
Heart, lung & combined heart-lung transplantation
Structural & interventional cardiology support (TAVR, MitraClip, etc.)
Intra-operative TEE (certification/strong experience required)

This role sits within a nationally recognised Heart & Transplant Centre, managing high-acuity, high-complexity cases.

**Attending Consultant - Adult Cardiology

Heart Failure & Transplantation Sub-specialty** An excellent opportunity for US-trained cardiologists with a focus on advanced heart failure and transplantation, working alongside multidisciplinary transplant teams in a highly academic environment.

Chairman - Department of Anaesthesiology
