We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team at our client's site in Al Majma'ah, a strategic location just two hours north of Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a leading defence and industrial company, supporting the health and wellbeing of employees in a unique, community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the local healthcare team, ensuring the highest clinical standards.
- Provide comprehensive medical care, including management of chronic diseases, in line with UK clinical guidance.
- Advise management and HR on employee health, sickness, and fitness for work.
- Oversee medical referrals, occupational health, and medical repatriation decisions.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (CrossCare) and conduct regular audits.
- Uphold the highest standards of medical ethics, confidentiality, and safety (SHE).
- Participate in management meetings and collaborate across multiple bases as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Medical degree from a recognised first-world institution plus MRCGP UK
- Minimum 5 years' experience, with at least 2 years post-MRCGP from The UK (Essential)
- Experience in military, remote, or rural settings is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Commitment to holistic, patient-centred care and continuous improvement.
