Join a world-class Obstetrics & Gynaecology Department offering cutting-edge care and exceptional safety standards. As a referral centre for high-risk pregnancies, complex surgical cases, and infertility, we're proud to deliver over 8,200 births annually.

With 149 beds, including a dedicated Labour & Delivery Unit and Obstetric HDU, our client provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary care to over 11,000 admitted patients and 43,000 outpatient visits annually.

A negotiable tax free salary. 

Annual Leave: 61 days per year

Travel & Relocation

Initial Airfare: One-way economy ticket from home country to work site.

Annual Ticket: Round-trip economy ticket after completing one year and renewing for at least 12 months.

Mid-Year Ticket

Repatriation Ticket: One-way economy ticket upon contract completion, termination, or resignation after one year.

Compensation

Overtime Pay: 150% of regular hourly rate.

Stand-by Pay: 10% of regular hourly rate.

Annual Merit Increase: Based on performance evaluation.

End of Service Award: As per Saudi Labor Law Articles 84 & 85.

Re-contracting Bonus: One month's basic salary for nursing and allied health staff renewing after one year.

Housing & Transportation

Housing Provided: Based on eligibility and availability.

Housing Allowance: 25% of basic salary (max SR 20,000/year) if housing not provided.

Transportation Allowance: SR 800/month if transport not provided.

Transport Services: Shuttle between housing and work site 

Medical & Uniforms

Medical Care: Provided 

Uniforms: Provided for designated roles.

Leaves & Holidays

REQUIREMENTS: 

Bachelor Degree in Nursing and Midwifery or Bachelor of Science Degree in Midwifery

At least 3. years later work experience
